Admission:
Only Official delegations from schools,
clubs, universities and local Rugby Unions from
around the world may participate in the tournament.
Teams:
Each institution must present a minimum
of 20 players. Also convenient if they present
a referee (not mandatory).
Sports Field:
All the matches will be played on fields
authorized by the organization committee.
Referee:
The committee will arrange the participation
of official referees, members of the ARURBA (Buenos
Aires Rugby Union Referees Association ).
Rules and
regulations:
The tournament will be played according to the
IRB regulations for FIFTEEN players, with the
following modifications: The matches of the
first round will be played in two halves of
20 minutes. The finals in two
periods of 30 minutes.
Health Insurance:
Each institution will have to present a certificate
of health insurance for each member of the delegation.
Emergencies and First
Aids:
The committee will hire a medical emergency
service. This service will be beside the field during
each match.
Discipline:
A discipline committee will be created together
with the management of the teams and the organization
committee. The players that are sent off won't
be able to continue participating in the tournament.
Indiscipline from any of the teams (or members) outside
the playing field could also be penalized.
Awards:
In each categories the following distinctions
will be awarded:
- Champion
- Best player of the tournament
