Admission
Only Official delegations from schools,
clubs, universities and local Rugby Unions from
around the world may participate in the tournament.
Teams
Each institution must present a minimum
of 20 players. Also convenient if they present
a referee (not mandatory).
Sports Field:
All the matches will be played on fields
authorized by the organizing commission.
Referee:
The commission will arrange the participation
of official referees, members of the URBA (Buenos
Aires Rugby Union) and the Cordoba Rugby Union.
Also each delegation will be able to present
a referee that will be a part of the team of
referees of the tournament.
Rules and
regulations
It will be played according to the
IRB regulations of FIFTEEN players, with the
following modifications: The matches of the
first round will be played in two periods of
25 minutes. The finals in two
periods of 35 minutes. Changes to accord before
each game.
Health Insurance:
Each institution will have to present a certificate
of health insurance for each member of the delegation.
Emergencies and First
Aids:
The committee will hire a medical emergency
company. They will be next to the field during
each match.
Discipline:
A discipline committee will be created together
with the management of the teams and the organizer
commission. The players that are expelled won't
be able to continue participating in the tournament.
Indiscipline form any of the teams behave outside
the playing field will also be penalized with
the expulsion of the team of the tournament.
Awards:
In each categories the following distinctions
will be awarded:
- Champion
- Best player of the tournament
